Pharmacist and Owner, Neal O'Neal, graduated from East Carolina University in 1992 with a degree in Biology and went on to Campbell University. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Campbell in 1996 and became the third generation O’Neal pharmacist. Neal and his wife Helene took over the reins of O’Neal’s Drug Store, Inc. in Belhaven in 2004 from his father Bud. Neal and Helene have two sons.

Pharmacist Bud O'Neal, RPh graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1968. His wife Shirley lives in Belhaven, NC. Bud was the former owner and manager of O'Neal's Drug Store.

Holly is a graduate of Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. She started her career as a sales rep for Burroughs Wellcome. Holly lives in Beaufort County and enjoys boating with her husband, Tom. They are both in the Coast Guard Auxiliary under the department of Homeland Security as volunteers.

Beloved pharmacist, Dana Outten, earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He enjoyed an over 30 year career at Womble’s Drug Store in Plymouth, NC. In 2007, he became co-owner and Pharmacy Manager of Columbia Pharmacy. Dana passed away in June 2016.
