Orders can be picked up during the opening hours of the O'Neal's Drug Store that you have ordered from, excluding public holidays. We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup.
We reserve the right (in our absolute discretion) to refuse to supply any product that we consider may constitute a health hazard or to supply what we consider to be excessive or unnecessary quantities.
We may require you to provide additional verification of information prior to accepting any order. Your order is deemed to be accepted only when our pharmacy has received all the information we require from you.
We are not liable for any delays in processing, pickup, shipment and delivery. If for any reason a product is not available, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
